New Jersey law requires patients who are injured in auto accidents and their medical providers to deliver certain information to the auto insurance company in order to receive No-Fault medical insurance benefits under Personal Injury Protection coverage (PIP). This allows the insurance company to preauthorize reimbursement pursuant to the treatment plan.
