Premier Car Care

NJM understands how valuable our policyholders' vehicles are to them, and created Premier Car Care with personal and commercial auto insurance customers in mind.

Premier Car Care is a network of quality auto repair facilities at many convenient locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania offering prompt service, fair prices and a two-year warranty on completed repairs. The Premier Car Care program helps policyholders obtain quality repairs promptly and conveniently. NJM pays the participating facilities directly, so policyholders do not have to wait a long time for their vehicles to be repaired.

An NJM Claims Service Representative will provide more information about Premier Car Care and a list of repair shops when a claim is filed.

Premier Car Care is not mandatory. Policyholders still may choose any licensed auto repair facility. Even if insureds use a Premier Car Care facility for an initial estimate, they are not obligated to have repairs completed there.
