NJM is among the largest voluntary writers of commercial auto insurance in New Jersey, with $62.3 million in written premiums in 2008. The Company has managed costs efficiently, returning significant dividends to policyholders while keeping rates attractive. In addition, strong operations and financial stability are recognized by A.M. Best Company, the nation's premier insurance rating agency, with the highest possible rating of A++ (Superior).

Face-to-face attention is available by appointment at the Company's three offices or at a worksite. Policyholders deal with full-time, salaried employees dedicated solely to the handling of commercial auto issues. Careful stewardship of policyholder resources results in an administrative expense ratio for NJM that has consistently been less than half of the industry average.

Many NJM policyholders find they can buy higher levels of protection because of the attractive rates. Of course, rates are only part of the NJM value equation – a good price means little without excellent service.

• Claims Services is a viewable history of Commercial Auto claims activity, including accident dates and descriptions, vehicle information, payments and reserves. To gain access, an active policyholder or authorized broker must register.
• Video Training Library displays descriptions of hundreds of taped programs to encourage safe driving among employees. Commercial Auto policyholders can search by topic and borrow videotapes at no charge.
