Getting NJM's help in response to a vehicle disablement is as simple as one phone call, anytime. This value-added service, which includes emergency towing, is available anywhere in the United States or Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
With NJM Roadside Assistance, each time your covered vehicle is disabled, we will pay reasonable and necessary charges up to $75. All our customers need to do is call our toll-free number, 1-800-FOR-NJMI (1-800-367-6564), and help will be on the way if any of these events disables your covered auto:
- Mechanical Breakdown
- Flat Tire
- Battery Failure
- Lockout
- Insufficient Supply of Fuel, Oil or Water
(up to 2 gallons)
Did You Know?
If you have paid a service provider directly and would like to receive reimbursement up to $75, you may submit the itemized receipt for review to:
