NJM is one of the largest insurers of private residences in New Jersey. The Company currently is paying Regular Dividends on contracts issued at this time last year. In addition, policyholders with both an Auto and Homeowners policy with NJM receive a discount of 15% on their Homeowners premium.

To apply, certain membership eligibility criteria and underwriting guidelines must be met.

If a policy is placed into effect, NJM will offer a free replacement cost analysis program designed to help you determine an up-to-date estimate of the cost to rebuild a home.
