Personal Auto Policy

To be eligible to apply for Personal Auto insurance coverage by New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, you must live in New Jersey or Pennsylvania and meet our membership and underwriting requirements.

You are eligible under NJM's membership criteria if you or your spouse are:

• Currently employed by a member organization of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association; or
• Currently employed by the State of New Jersey; or
• The named insured or resident spouse on a current or previous NJM policy for Personal Auto or Homeowners; or
• A family member who is a current or previous insured operator under an NJM Personal Auto insurance policy.

Applicants and all members of the household also must meet our underwriting requirements.

If you are not eligible for coverage by NJM, and you live in New Jersey, your application will be considered by NJM's subsidiary, New Jersey Re-Insurance Company, which currently does not provide policyholder dividends on Personal Auto insurance.
