Homeowners or Renters Membership Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for a Homeowners Policy by New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, you must live in New Jersey or Pennsylvania and meet our membership and underwriting requirements.

You are eligible under NJM's membership criteria if you:

• Are currently employed by a member organization of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association; or
• Are currently employed by the State of New Jersey; or
• Are or have been the named insured or resident spouse on an NJM Personal Auto or Homeowners insurance policy; or
• Are or have been an insured operator under an NJM Personal Auto insurance policy.
