WORK SURFACE SAFETY — The emphasis of this presentation is to constantly be aware of the work surfaces around you as others may alter them because they are working in the area. Safe practices should include keeping floors clean and dry, using warning signs, maintaining dry standing places, keeping aisleways clear, using handrails, keeping chains in place, covering floor openings, and safety around elevated work surfaces.
