LOCKOUT/TAGOUT OF ENERGY SOURCES This video program uses OSHA's guidelines in helping an employer establish a lockout/tagout procedure. It discusses when a lockout/tagout procedure should be used. Also covered in the videotape is the proper application controls as well as precautions that should be taken while performing work on equipment that has been locked out, and finally procedures for removing the lockout/tagout. Also covered are special situations which may arise from outside contractors or temporarily reactivating equipment that is being worked on.
