Procedure To Borrow Videos

Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto policyholders.

Contact New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company to borrow videotapes and DVDs by:

between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Place your request as far in advance of the showing date as possible. A two-week notice is usually necessary (occasionally there may be a waiting list). Videos will be lent on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please complete the return evaluation form that is enclosed with the video. All videos should be returned on or before the due date to:

Videos should be insured for $600 when you are returning them by either Parcel Post or UPS only. Please package videos properly. All copyright laws must be observed.
