CONFINED SPACE ENTRY This videotape covers entry into vessels, storage tanks, chemical reactors, or other confined spaces where there may be an oxygen deficiency, environmental contamination, fire hazard, or other situation which may be immediately dangerous to life or health. The vessel entry program outlines requirements and procedures for working in these operational areas and details the safety responsibilities of workers, contractors, and supervisors for preventing personal injury. Covered in the program are such areas as ventilation, environmental contamination testing, avoiding toxic gas and fire hazards, and emergency rescue. (20 Minutes)

CONFINED SPACES: A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES This program will help to provide employers with guidelines for meeting the training requirements for OSHAs Confined Spaces Standard (1910.146) which became effective April 15, 1993. The video will explain the duty of Authorized Entrance, Attendance Entry Supervisors and Rescue Services. It also covers the required documentation. This program is for any employer who has employees working in a permit-required confined space. These permit-required confined spaces are defined as areas which: 1) have adequate size and configuration for employee entry, 2) have limited means of access or egress, 3) are not designed for continuous employee occupancy, 4) present or have the potential for hazards related to atmospheric conditions, engulfment, configuration or any other recognized serious hazard. CONFINED SPACE ENTRY TRAINING - OUT IN THE OPEN This safety video training program is designed to meet the new federal regulation 29 C.F.R. Part 1910.146 and to educate workers on the serious nature of confined space entries. The program covers the hazards, permits, entry procedures, equipment, monitoring steps and rescue considerations necessary to safely perform an entry. This motivational program will have a lasting impact on employees. Workers will be trained on safe work practices and proper use of safety equipment to respect hazards associated with a confined space entry. (16 Minutes)
