Everyone deserves a safe place to work. This video reviews an extensive list of warning signs to look for which may indicate a dysfunctional employee. The video emphasizes that early intervention is key to helping troubled employees. Documentation of erratic or changed behavior is stressed. Company policy should indicate zero tolerance of any type of aggression. Steps to follow if an aggressive situation develops are identified.
