If your rental has a smoke alarm or sprinkler system, you’ll receive a discount on your policy. NJM customers can apply now for the savings.

Age 65 and Over Discount

You’ve collected a lot of memorabilia. Even if you’re looking to downsize, you’ll still need to protect those memories. If you’re over the age of 65, you’ll receive a discount with NJM.

Backup or Portable Generator Discount

You could be eligible for a discount if you own an automatic backup generator or portable generator.

Nonsmoker Discount

Whether you’ve never smoked or recently quit, we’ll reward you with a discount.

Paid-in-Full Discount

If you pay your premium in full before the due date of its first installment, you'll receive a discount.*

Electronic Payment Discount

If you are enrolled in our automatic payment plan, you’ll receive a discount.** Log in to enroll.

Paperless Discount (CT, MD, OH, and PA Only)

If you sign up for paperless billing and delivery of documents, you’ll receive a discount.
