Kuiken, Wright Elected to Lead NJM Board of Directors
WEST TRENTON, NJ — Douglas R. Kuiken, President of Kuiken Brothers Company, Inc., has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of NJM, while Matthew L. Wright, President of Apgar Bros, has been selected as Vice Chairman.
Kuiken Brothers Company, Inc. is a leading provider of lumber millwork and building materials headquartered in Fair Lawn, N.J. It also operates from locations in Emerson, Midland Park, Ogdensburg, Wantage, Succasunna, Roseland and Garfield, all in New Jersey, and Warwick, New York.
Mr. Kuiken, who resides in Wykoff, N.J., has been a member of NJM's Board since 2003, including the past three years as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Wright, of Flemington, N.J., joined NJM's Board in 2000. Apgar Bros, of Somerset, N.J., is a trucking company specializing in flatbed hauling of building products along the Northeast Corridor.
The Chairman for the past three years, Anthony M. Stonis, President of Cardolite Corporation of Newark, which develops and manufactures products based on Cashew Nutshell Liquid for the coatings, brake lining, printing, rubber and specialty polymer industries, will continue as a member of NJM's Board.
NJM is the largest provider of personal auto and workers' compensation insurance in the state, and is a major carrier of commercial auto and residential coverages.
