  2. Weather related damage. Holes in siding or screens due to rain, melting ice, snow, hail, roof leaks and ice damming.
  3. Interior water damage from plumbing or appliance issues, toilet overflow or pipe leaks.
  4. Lost or stolen personal items.

How to Prevent Future Damage to Your Home

Stay current with home repairs and maintenance. Caulk windows, clean or replace worn gutters, trim tree limbs, fix shingles and insulate pipes to prevent freezing.
