Prall Named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
June 8, 2012WEST TRENTON, NJ — Charles A. Prall, CPA, has been elected to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJM), West Trenton. He will also serve on the Board of Directors of NJM.
Prall, of Newtown, Pa., had been NJM's Treasurer since 2004. Prior to that, he held the positions of Controller, Internal Auditor, and several other managerial roles. He has served on the Board of NJM Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of NJM Insurance Company, since 2009.
Before joining NJM in 1983 as an Accountant, Prall worked for L. W. Parker & Co., which merged with Main Hurdman CPAs (now known as KPMG).
Prall graduated Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC, in 1979 with a B.S. in Accounting. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1981.
New Jersey Manufacturers is the largest provider of Personal Auto and Workers' Compensation insurance in the state, and is a major carrier of Commercial Auto and residential coverages.
