Our summer internships are a must-have experience for any college student. As an intern, you'll be exposed to different areas of insurance and the many fields that support our business. Throughout the summer, you'll be assigned meaningful work that adds considerable value to your classroom education.
Understanding the Importance of Service
During your internship, you'll learn first-hand why excellent customer service is vital to our operations. You'll see how policies are written, claims are handled, and why people matter most. This is an opportunity for you to work alongside our leaders, gaining knowledge with each contact. You'll also be involved in a group project with other interns and join in giving back to the community.
To be considered for an NJM internship, candidates must:
- Be entering junior or senior year of college at time of internship
- Have a 3.0 GPA or higher in his/her major and overall
- Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Be a self-directed learner with the ability to adapt to change quickly
