NJM Roadside Assistance Services*
By adding this service to your policy, you’ll get 24/7 roadside assistance for labor on a disabled vehicle at the place of disablement, or a single tow of a disabled vehicle due to a covered emergency. You'll also enjoy:
- Emergency towing
- Lockout service
- Jump starts
- Flat tire changes
- Delivery of gasoline or other fluids (up to 2 gallons)
There are two options available — $75 or $125 per emergency — and no deductible applies to this coverage.
Did You Pay a Provider Directly?
If you paid a service provider (e.g., towing operator or roadside mechanic) directly, you may be reimbursed up to your chosen policy limit.
Submit your request online with your itemized receipt. This is the quickest and easiest way to request your reimbursement.
You may also mail your reimbursement request. Mailed reimbursements take approximately 30 days to process. Send your name, address, insurance policy number, and itemized receipt to:

Were You Involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident?
Roadside Assistance does not cover losses from an accident. If you require a tow after a covered accident or damage, we may reimburse a single, reasonable tow of a covered vehicle to a local body shop or storage location. Learn more.
