NJM Roadside Assistance is an optional endorsement for private passenger vehicles and light and medium trucks. It's available 24/7, 365 days a year, wherever you are in the U.S. or Canada.
NJM Roadside Assistance Services
Choose your limit — $75 or $125 per covered emergency — for the following services:
- Emergency towing
- Lockout service
- Jump starts
- Flat tire changes
- Delivery of gasoline or other fluids (up to 2 gallons)
When you use NJM Roadside Assistance, you’re insured up to your chosen limit per covered emergency, with no deductible to pay or forms to fill out.
Have Your Own Provider?
If you have NJM Roadside Assistance and have already paid a service provider (e.g., towing operator or roadside mechanic) for your covered claim, you may be reimbursed up to your chosen policy limit.
Submit your request online with your itemized receipt. This is the quickest and easiest way to request your reimbursement.
You may also mail your reimbursement request. Mailed reimbursements take approximately 30 days to process. Send your name, address, insurance policy number, and itemized receipt to:
