Make a Payment
Great news — we've enhanced our online payment system!
Based on customer feedback, we've upgraded our payment system. You can now manage your premium payments within your policy account. You also still have the option to make one-time payments without creating an account.
In addition to streamlined payment options, our new system provides the flexibility for future payment enhancements.
If you used eCash, the payments you already set up will continue as scheduled, as long as your credit/debit card does not expire. In order to set up new payments, view/change payment information, or view a copy of your bill online, you'll need an online policy account.
If you don't receive billing notifications or a confirmation email, it's likely your spam blocker prevented delivery of the email, or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list to ensure you receive all email correspondences.

NJM insurance customers can create an account to set up automatic payments and view their payment history, in addition to other policy-related transactions.

To use your bank's online bill pay feature, add NJM as a new payee with the following information:

You will need your policy number, which appears on your bill.
Use our automated phone system to make payments from your checking, savings, or credit/debit card account. You’ll need your policy number when calling.
Press option 1
Dial ext. 4125
Note: Customer Service Representatives cannot take credit/debit card payments.
Include your payment coupon and/or write your policy number on the check.
