- View policy details and documents
- Make a payment or schedule automatic payments
- Upload documents to your account
- Request changes to your policy
- Report a claim and view certain claims-related details

How Do I Register for Online Access?
To register for online access, you must have an active business insurance policy with NJM and be an authorized representative of your organization. Be sure to have your policy number and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or phone number associated with the policy ready when you register.
Register as a business owner or their authorized representative.
Register as an agent.
Register as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

No, you can only have one online account to manage all your policies.
To retrieve your User ID or reset your password or security questions, select Forgot User ID?, Forgot Password?, or Forgot Your Answers? on the login page and follow the steps provided.
