Forbes Names NJM as One of the Best Places to Work in NJ

September 10, 2019

Company Also Recognized as Among the Best Midsize Employers in the Country

WEST TRENTON, NJ — NJM Insurance Group, one of the Mid-Atlantic region's largest property and casualty insurers, has been named to two Forbes awards lists for 2019: "America's Best Employers by State" and "America's Best Midsize Employers."

To determine the companies in each awards category, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to conduct anonymous surveys of companies with at least 50,000 employees in the U.S. Employees were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family, working conditions, salary, potential for development, and company image. Only a small percentage of companies received mentions on both lists.

These recognitions are based on direct feedback from NJM employees, who enjoy benefits such as top-tier 401k and healthcare plans, generous paid time off, tuition assistance, a business casual work environment, volunteer opportunities, employee appreciation days, and a collaborative, family-oriented work environment. They also align with NJM's belief that its greatest asset is its people, and that the Company's success is due in large part to the dedication of its employees. As a direct result of its employees' efforts, NJM is nationally recognized for high customer satisfaction, including by J.D. Power, which has certified NJM for providing personal lines customers with "An Outstanding Auto Claims Experience."*
