NJM Insurance Group Named #1 by J.D. Power for Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the Mid-Atlantic RegionJune 22, 2021
WEST TRENTON, NJ — NJM Insurance Group has been named #1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the J.D. Power 2021 Auto Insurance Satisfaction Study (AIS).

The J.D. Power 2021 Auto Insurance Study reviews customer satisfaction across five areas including: Interaction, Price, Policy Offerings, Billing Process and Policy Information, and Claims. The study is based on responses from 38,938 auto insurance customers collected from February through March 30, 2021. NJM's score of 867 (on a 1,000-point scale) is 25 points higher than the regional average.

NJM also finished first in the nation in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study last fall and has routinely been recognized by other national and regional consumer rating organizations for providing outstanding customer service.
