Customer Experience Training Modules
In support of NJM's core values of continuous learning in the workplace and improving the customer experience, the Customer Experience Office (CXO) created a series of four online training modules to promote consistency in our customer interactions.
This training was suggested by the Contact Center of Excellence, and developed by Talent Development, General Claims, First Notice of Loss, Personal Lines, and Cash Management Training teams. We found this training helpful and hope you do too!
