As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, NJM is ensuring the well-being of our employees, while still being available to serve the needs of our policyholders.
We are now operating almost exclusively through a telecommuting staff, with only essential personnel on premises in our West Trenton office. Our Parsippany and Hammonton offices are closed.
This permits us to practice social distancing both for the well-being of our staff and to support the larger effort to slow the spread of this virus in the community. At the same time, we have increased the frequency and scope of our cleaning and sanitizing efforts in our West Trenton office.
All NJM offices are closed to visitors. We do not anticipate that these changes will negatively affect service, and assure you that we will proactively address any issues that do occur. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, and for your continued trust in NJM.
