Employee Emergency Information

NJM Offices are open for employees to return on a voluntary basis starting September 8, 2020 based on alternating employee groups A, B or C as determined by department management. These staggered schedules allow for appropriate social distancing and thorough disinfecting between groups. Each group will rotate every three weeks in the same order.

Group A: Week of September 8
Group B: Week of September 14
Group C: Week of September 21

Essential employees will work their assigned schedules while all other employees continue to work from home or are otherwise remote.

Employees who are sick or not feeling well should not report to work.

All employees returning to the office are required to attest that they will comply with the new NJM Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy in Workday before returning to the office.

Face masks are required to be worn in all areas of the building outside of your individual workspace.

Please note the designated entrances for each office:

West Trenton – Enter by brown canopy doors or the triple doors near the cafeteria
Parsippany – Enter by the lower level employee entrance in the back of the building
Hammonton – Enter by the second floor doors or the back atrium entrances

All employees must swipe their NJM ID badge when entering the building.

Casual attire may be worn including jeans/sneakers.
