How do I know if NJM received my application?

You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your application. We will then review it to determine if your qualifications meet the posting requirements. If your qualifications meet our initial screening, one of our recruiters will contact you.

You can also view your submission through My Profile.

How can I check my application status?

While you can’t review your individual applicant status on a specific job, you can check the general status of the job to determine if it is still open.

When will I be contacted for an interview?

If you meet all qualifications for the position, and considered a strong candidate, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the next steps in the selection process. Due to the volume of applications, our Talent Acquisition team is not able to respond to all applicants.

What is your interview process like?

With most positions, we begin the process with a phone interview. The second step is to invite you for an on-site interview with the recruiter, and then typically an interview with the department hiring manager(s).
