Kenny Betkowski

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Kenny Betkowski serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer with oversight of the Treasury, General Accounting, and Investments Departments. In this role, he is responsible for the Company’s financial management, including all revenue and expense projections.

He also oversees NJM’s Business Planning & Analysis Department, which enhances the financial discipline within the organization while maintaining superior customer and claims service for our policyholders.

Betkowski joined NJM in May 2020 as a Director in Accounting. In 2021, he transferred to Business Planning and Analysis, where he took a lead role in shaping the Department. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Planning & Analysis in 2022.

Prior to joining NJM, Betkowski held leadership positions in various accounting and finance roles within the insurance industry.

Betkowski earned a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Rider University.
