Online Payments

Two Ways to Pay Online

Do you have questions about paying online? We have answers!

Yes, you can make online payments without creating an account. Make sure your policy number is handy.

Log in to your online account and look for the "View Documents" icon. All of your billing invoices, policy documents, and email communications are available for review. Don't have an account? Register here!

Your payment will be submitted with the date you select as the Payment Date.

You'll receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction, and an email notification will be sent to you within 24 hours. If your payment is returned by your financial institution for any reason, you'll receive notification within a few days of the payment date.

If a payment is refused for insufficient funds, NJM will attempt to withdraw it one more time the day following the first attempt. If we are still unable to collect the payment, we will notify you. At that point, you should resubmit your payment.

If you don't receive billing notifications or a confirmation email, it's likely your spam blocker prevented delivery of the email, or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please add noreply-upbillpay@globalbilling.com and payments@njmmail.com to your email contact list to ensure you receive all email correspondences.

Pending payments can be canceled up until the payment date.

If you are up to date with your payments, you can cancel a payment up to the day before the scheduled payment date. If you have any questions about your cancellation options, just call 1-800-232-6600.

Log in to Manage Your Policy as a personal or business account holder. Select Manage Payments from the left navigation. Within Automatic Payments, select Manage Automatic Payments to access our payment site. Enroll each policy that displays with a saved payment method. When enrolling, you may choose the monthly date on which payments will be withdrawn from your account.

Some agents are able to handle billing services, such as signing you up for Automatic Payments. Contact your agent to determine if they have this ability.

You can create your own Manage Your Policy account and enroll in Automatic Payments yourself. Even if your agent cannot enroll you in Automatic Payments, they may be able to process a one-time payment. An NJM customer service representative can also process a one-time payment.

Manage Your Payments

Manage your premium payments when you log in to your personal or business account. You can also make one-time payments without creating an account. NJM insurance customers can create an account to set up automatic payments and view their payment history, in addition to other policy-related transactions.
