Two Ways to Pay Online

Do you have questions about paying online? We have answers!

Can I pay online without logging in to a policy account?

Yes, you can make online payments without creating an account. Make sure your policy number is handy.

How do I view my bill?

Log in to your online account and look for the "View Documents" icon. All of your billing invoices, policy documents, and email communications are available for review. Don't have an account? Register here!

What date will be used in making an online payment?

Your payment will be submitted with the date you select as the Payment Date.

Will I receive confirmation that my online payment was submitted?

You'll receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction, and an email notification will be sent to you within 24 hours. If your payment is returned by your financial institution for any reason, you'll receive notification within a few days of the payment date. Please note that NJM will not automatically deduct a return payment.

What if I don't receive billing notifications or an email confirmation from NJM?

If you don't receive billing notifications or a confirmation email, it's likely your spam blocker prevented delivery of the email, or your email address was entered incorrectly. Please add noreply-upbillpay@globalbilling.com and payments@njmmail.com to your email contact list to ensure you receive all email correspondences.

Can I cancel a payment once I've submitted it?

You'll need to contact one of our NJM customer service representatives at 1-800-232-6600 to discuss your options.

Personal policyholders can call from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Mon.–Fri.) and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Sat.).

Commercial policyholders can call from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon.–Fri.).

Can I cancel a future payment once it's scheduled?

Yes, you can cancel a payment up to the day before the scheduled payment date. If you have any questions about your cancellation options, just call 1-800-232-6600.

Personal policyholders can call from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Mon.–Fri.) and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Sat.).

Commercial policyholders can call from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon.–Fri.).

What happened to Just Pay It?

As part of recent upgrades to our payment system, Just Pay It was replaced by our new One-Time Payment option.

Can I still send a payment in the mail or use my home banking bill pay after using the NJM one-time payment option?

Yes, you can use any payment option offered by NJM. Visit our Make a Payment page to see all of our payment options.
