Voluntary Medical Network (PIP)

Car accidents are stressful, especially if injuries are involved. NJM always strives to provide top-notch service.

In accordance with New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance No-Fault regulation, we have established a Voluntary Network for certain Personal Injury Protection (PIP) medical services obtained following motor vehicle accidents. PIP claimants can choose from a list of Voluntary Network providers for imaging testing services.

Individuals who choose not to use a provider in the Voluntary Network will be assessed an additional co-payment of 30% of the eligible charge. This co-payment will be the responsibility of the claimant and is assessed in addition to the policy deductible and co-pay.
