NJM Again Outperforms Competitors in Consumer Report
In the recently published New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) 2015 Auto Insurance Consumer Information Report , which measures valid consumer complaints against auto insurers, NJM once again ranked first among major carriers*, marking the fourth consecutive year the Company has earned this distinction.
While insuring more than 805,000 vehicles, NJM recorded a complaint ratio of 0.0025, the result of only two valid complaints. By comparison, the average number for all other major carriers was 11 valid complaints, while NJM's four largest competitors averaged 20.
