Coronavirus FAQs for NJM Business Insurance Policyholders
NJM created the NJM Policyholder Relief Program in recognition of the fact that our policyholders are using their vehicles with less frequency. In October, we will refund the equivalent of 15% of two months of annual premium to commercial auto insurance policyholders who had active policies as of October 1, 2020.
NJM is also offering payment assistance and flexibility to Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto customers in the form of payroll, coverage, and vehicle reductions, as well as class changes directly related to COVID-19.

If your business is enrolled in NJM Precision Pay (Pay As You Go), your payroll provider will let us know of any changes. NJM Precision Pay is available to NJM Workers’ Compensation policyholders at the time of policy renewal. We can only enroll customers in Precision Pay at the beginning of a policy period. We encourage eligible policyholders to take advantage of this billing format.
Is NJM still providing Loss Prevention, Claims, and other services to its business insurance policyholders?
Yes, NJM continues to operate at full capacity and has the ability to provide any requested services that we offer remotely via phone, Skype, or email.
